Job Description
- Recruitment of team leaders, outreach coordinators and field executives and ensuring to have a full team
- Ensuring the team leaders are well trained and informed and updated on work guidelines, principles, policies and campaigns and Swiss Emmaus India programme of work.
- Ensure that all the team leaders are well equipped to train and monitor the field executives.
- Coach, mentor team members to improve the individual and overall team performance
- Planning process improvement opportunities within the team
- training and induction of new members in your team
- Targets- facilitate and achieve agreed-upon individual and team targets for supporter acquisition in the city with a team of about 10-15 recruiters with 90% field time.
- Contribute to financial self-sufficiency for Swiss Emmaus India by enrolling supporters.
- Achieve budgeted conversion rates and specified targets and specified targets
- Conduct daily/weekly briefings and share latest updates with the team
- Ensuring performance of the team is good and be responsible for the overall functioning
- Reporting- documenting and reporting results to the Dy. Head – face to face daily, keeping track of statistics and monitoring achievements the team as a whole.
- Materials and assets- responsible for maintaining office assets and materials and handling of other materials/technological gadgets used during an outreach event and also, on street.
- Outreach- coordinate with the outreach officer in setting up stall/desk at the Outreach venue.
- Secure location- Finding out potential F2F street locations within the city.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Suggest way forward and course corrections for decisions in meetings with the City
- To participate in all the sponsor campaigns, fundraising, public engagement, and other activity as per organisational requirements
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the line manager
