Swiss Emmaus Leprosy Relief Work India (SEI) is a secular non-profit development International organization with a nationwide presence that provide the technical and managerial assistance to projects that have been established over many years to improve the lives of the people affected by leprosy and other poverty related diseases, through social and medical rehabilitation. Swiss Emmaus Leprosy Relief Work India started its work in India in 1960 and initially worked to eliminate leprosy as a public health problem. For over 58 years, SEI has dedicated itself to improving the lives of people affected by leprosy and other poverty related diseases through social and medical rehabilitation. Swiss Emmaus Leprosy Relief Work India (SEI) is registered as a public charitable trust registration No: 254/92, Dt: 12.02.1992. Job summary

Tele-Callers will be responsible for providing awareness and convincing the prospective donor over the phone to donate for the cause of leprosy in India and maintaining good relationships. ...

Tele-Callers must be comfortable in presenting our services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the organisation grow by bringing in donors and supporting the organisation’s mandate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastic professionals with good communication skills Tamil and English.
  • Should be able to present the service in a structured professional way.
  • Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing/New donors via telephone calls. 
  • In bond and out bond Calls, must be done as per the target.
  • Should be confident & should have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Make telephone calls to prospect donors.
  • Should be able to make desired number of calls, both Cold calls and Warm calls as per target.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Use organisation script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.
  • Record details of opportunities and lead notes
  • Should be able to work with a Team.
  • Respect target and achieve them.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
